Techquity Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as "TQT", "us" or "we". These terms and conditions are between you and TQT. 

TQT is unless otherwise stated the owner of all copyright and database rights and other intellectual property rights that exist in the Site and its contents. Green Flag Limited maintain ownership of associated all Green Flag trademarks and other branding. This Site is intended for non-commercial personal use only. You may not commercially exploit, publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, copy, transmit, store, adapt, modify or reproduce any part of the Site or any of the images or content on this Site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) without our prior written consent or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended or the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 as applicable or any equivalent legislation as may apply in the UK from time to time. TQT and/or Green Flag Limited reserves the right to take such action as is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights on this Site. You acknowledge that damages may not be an adequate remedy for any infringement of such rights by you and that TQT and/or Green Flag Limited is entitled to the remedies of injunction, specific performance, orders to deliver up infringing copies and any other statutory or equitable relief for any threatened or actual infringement and that no proof of special damages is necessary for reliance on such remedies.

All Green Flag images, logos, names and trademarks on the Site are proprietary marks of Green Flag Limited. When purchasing services through this website your contract is with Techquity Limited. Services sold on the Site are supplied by third parties. TQT may use third party service providers to fulfil its obligations under this contract.

You undertake that all details you provide when purchasing services are correct, that the credit, debit or charge card you are using is your own (or you have authority to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the services ordered.

In order to ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will always validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including registered Credit Reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies; these agencies may may keep a record of that information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to such checks being made. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on the Website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on the Website.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.

If with your agreement we provide the Information before the cancellation period ends under The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, then your right to cancel will end as soon as we provide the Information
