Green Flag Limited maintain ownership of associated all Green Flag trademarks and other branding. This Site is intended for non-commercial personal use only. 8. Your Contract
When purchasing goods or services through this website your contract is with Net Driver Limited. Goods and services sold on the Site are manufactured and/or supplied by third parties. NDL may use third party service providers to fulfil its obligations under this contract.
You undertake that all details you provide when ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit, debit or charge card you are using is your own (or you have authority to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
All information provided by you will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on the Website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on the Website.
9. Cancellation Policy
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods purchased from this Site.
If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 0800 193 4199 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving your Goods.
If Goods have already been received, you will be responsible for returning the Goods. You must return them following the instructions detailed in the Returns policy below.
If you cancel your Order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation, or we receive the item / proof of postage. In this case we will refund the price of the Goods to be returned in full.
