Please read the following section carefully as it contains the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use this web site to purchase goods ("the Site"). 
1. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Net Driver Limited (Registered Number 11881732), whose registered address is 1st Floor Enterprise House 202-206 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, United Kingdom, TS1 3QW, under licence from Green Flag Limited (registered number 1003081), whose registered address is at The Wharf, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4AZ. Net Driver Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as "NDL", "us" or "we". These terms and conditions are between you and NDL. 
If this is not agreeable to you, then you should not use our service.
2. Your Contract
When purchasing a vehicle check report, referred to as a “report”, through this website your contract is with Net Driver Ltd. NDL may use third party service providers to fulfil its obligations under this contract.
Our service is only for customers who wish to purchase a vehicle for their own private use. If a Member of the Motor Trade uses this site, we offer no guarantee whatsoever for any of the data we provide you. You agree that when using our service, you will not use any automated software or system to extract data from Us in any other manner than by receiving our report.
If you place an order to purchase a report through the Site (“your Order”), your Order is an offer to NDL to buy the report selected and included in your Order. 
When you place an Order to purchase the report, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your Order with a link to the report you have ordered. This email will be sent by andis also acknowledgement that we have taken payment and confirms acceptance of your offer to buy the report(s) you have ordered. It concludes the Contract of sale for the report(s) ordered by you.
By making your Order, you consent to receiving the report immediately on the Contract being concluded
Under the Consumer Rights Act, the report  must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The report supplied to you must match any description given to you.
You need to ensure that you can receive e-mails from the us and we recommend you add to your 'safe sender' list and you may also want to check that your online security software does not block e-mails from our email address. Should you not receive an email confirming your Order, please contact us so we can investigate and ensure your order has been placed.
The data we provide you must be used in conjunction with all accepted good and prudent practice when purchasing a motor vehicle and our data should not be relied upon in isolation. The purchase of a motor vehicle carries risks and our service is just one step you can take to protect yourselves from those who may seek to misrepresent a vehicle or to defraud You. Our data cannot identify a "ringed" or "Cloned" vehicle. These are vehicles which carry an incorrect number plate and/or VIN number.
We offer no compensation or guarantee in any regard if the vehicle you purchased was displaying incorrect number plates at the time You purchased data from us.
Stolen Vehicles may only be alerted to you if the registration number of the vehicle you have provided to Us has been recorded by the police as being reported stolen.
We do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer by the imposition of these Terms.
We pass to the Police Your details if you seek a report on a vehicle which is flagged by the Police as being reported as stolen and You agree we may do so.
3. Your Order 
Methods of Payment
You can pay either by debit card, credit card or American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept Electron cards, cash, cheques, or postal orders as payment through the Site. Orders can only be processed if you provide the card holder's name as it is shown on the card along with the postcode that appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by either NDL for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the Site during the process of placing an order.

You undertake that all details you provide when ordering or purchasing a report are correct, that the credit, debit or charge card you are using is your own (or you have authority to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the report ordered.
Fraudulent Transactions
In order to ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will always validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including registered Credit Reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies; these agencies may keep a record of that information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to such checks being made. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please view this document for further information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on the Site to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on the Site.
Information about the vehicle check
The vehicle report gives you information held by various sources relating to the recorded history of the searched vehicle. The choice of detail within the report is offered within the site.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on the Site. We will always work to ensure that information about the vehicle check is accurate. 
We reserve the right to amend the descriptions of the vehicle check on the Site, as and when required.
Prices & Availability
Every effort is made for the vehicle check featured on our Site to be available. However, if due to an error one of our products is unavailable for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and will inform you of such and arrange an appropriate refund or recommend an alternative product to you. 

 We try and ensure that all our prices on the Site are accurate, although occasionally some prices may be incorrectly listed. Should we discover an error in the pricing of the report you have ordered, we will inform you as quickly as possible and offer you the report at the correct price. Please note that we are under no obligation to provide a report to you at an incorrect, lower price, even after acknowledging your Order. Should we not be able to make contact with you to advise you of the error, we will treat the Order as cancelled and refund you the price paid.
Unless there is an error in pricing, the price that you pay for the report will be those ruling at the date of electronic dispatch of the report.
Prices are listed in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
4. Delivery
Vehicle Check Report data is delivered immediately on receipt of your Order to the e mail you have provided us. Your report can also be retrieved from the My Account area within the site. 
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible by contacting us at or by telephoning us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 0800 193 4199

 5. Delivery Charges
There are no delivery charges as Vehicle Check Report data is transferred as digital content direct to the e mail you provide.
6. Cancellation Policy
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract.
By accepting our terms for the immediate delivery of this digital based content, you acknowledge that your right to cancel the contract within this 14-day period will be lost.

9. Amendment of the Terms and conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions on this Site without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on this Site. As these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, we suggest that you check them whenever you visit the Site.
10. Complaints Procedure
In the first instance, you need to let us know. We will always aim to provide you with a superb online service. However, there may be times when you feel that we have not done so. If this is the case, we would rather be told about it so that we can do our best to resolve the problem. If you have a complaint, then please contact us and we will make sure that your complaint is considered immediately.
